04.01.2022 The IMPORTANCE of regular termite inspections!! Whether your home is 3 years old or 30 years old - it is so important to have it inspected regularly. Not only to see if there are termites present, but just as importantly to help identify any conditions that may attract them ie. high moisture areas. Home Insurance wont cover termite damage and even new homes that have termite barriers installed, regardless of product, must have annual inspections to adhere to warranty terms....
