24.01.2022 COVID 19 - UPDATE: 16.11.20. Due to SA Government restrictions as of 12:01 am of the 17.11.20 for an expected duration of 2 weeks our fitness and dance classes will be temporarily cancelled. While many people appear to be horrified that restrictions are back (and panic buying has started already) I'm actually feeling really grateful. Grateful to live in a state that has been on top of the virus since the early days.... Grateful that our leaders have their residents health and safety at the forefront of their minds. Grateful for our public health system who are working tirelessly to keep us safe. Grateful that I was blessed with breath in my lungs today and be able to live and enjoy another day in life. This is just a little pause for us Adelaide, it's not the end. Time to reset and focus on what's truly important. Stay safe and tuned. For any concerns, please DM me!

15.01.2022 Dear Sumbaloz Family, As we head into the holiday season, I want to thank you for your continued attendance and support in 2020. We’ve had more than enough to react to through most of this year, and yet we’ve continued to deliver online and face to face classes all while navigating the uncertainties around the COVID-19 pandemic.... Each of you pulled together this year to focus on the health, safety and wellbeing of your people, family and YOURSELF! , Sumbaloz kept maintaining its focus on delivering for our students and community. Together we navigated through so much, our frontline workers continuing to serve our citizen, office and business closures, remote working, reopening offices, etc. None of this could have happened without you. Please know that you made a positive impact. Well done to all your students! We would like to encourage you to take time during the holidays to both rest and recharge. Please let us know if you don't have where to go or celebrate during this season as we will be more than happy to invite you to come with us as no one deserves to be alone in Christmas or NY. Thank you for joining us on this fun, crazy and genuine group. Happy holidays to you and your families

10.01.2022 The important question during this lockdown is, how do you feel? How are you managing the isolation? Please get out your comfort zone and video call your family, friends and those friends who you haven't spoken for a while. I love chatting as you all know, if anyone feels like video calling and having a chat please do! We all need to stay together as the community we are.
