25.01.2022 BLONDE BABE Less then 2 weeks until the Christmas rush is over and we’ll be having a well deserved break! That being said, I do love the Christmas rush! Is that weird? idk The salon will be closed from 25th of December until the 6th of Jan!

18.01.2022 We are so grateful to be able to continue trading through these difficult times, and my heart hurts for all my hair babes in metro areas that are forced to shut as of tomorrow night! Although we are still trading, salon life is still so different for us at the moment, and we’re still getting used to all these new rules and regulations, as is everyone else! I’m just popping on here to remind everyone of the protocols in our salon!... To ensure the safety of our staff and clients, please reschedule your appointment ASAP if: 1. You or a family member of your household has been sick or is experiencing flu like symptoms, such as fever, cough, sore throat etc... 2. You have recently taken a COVID-19 test and have had a positive result or have not received results. 3. If you have had or could have had contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19. 4. If you live in a town under stage 4 restrictions! During the next 6 weeks, we will only be allowing clients who live in the Mitchell Shire & Regional areas to come into our salon for any service! If you do wish to attend your appointment we ask that you please: -Give us your postcode -Use Hand Sanitiser provided -Wear your face mask for your entire appointment -Please don’t bring any extras to your appointment -Bring your own bottle of water as we are not serving drinks at this time We are expecting quite a few cancelations in the next couple of weeks so please be mindful that your appointments may get shuffled slightly to make everything fit better! -anyone that may be affected by this will be contacted prior! This makes the lightening process much easier! We always recommend getting a colour eliminator before going dark to light @ Summah & Co

13.01.2022 And that’s a wrap!! I’m so excited to finally reveal my very own happy place I created to enjoy with you all! I’m still so blown away with all that we achieved in such a short amount of time! And I couldn’t be happier! So much planning, blood, sweat & tears went into this, so I hope you all love it as much as I do!... Special thank you to my amazing boyfriend, Caleb! I drew a shocking drawing of what I wanted on paper and you made it a reality! Without you, we would still have an empty salon! You put so much of your time and hard work into this place for me, and I couldn’t thank you enough! From helping me plan, to organising all the trades, materials, and so much more! Thank you thank you! Mum & Dad, although you were both a lil nervous and very confused throughout the whole thing, you’ve believed in me from the start, and never doubted me! You gave me the freedom to do what I wanted to do, and have been my biggest support! Without you both I wouldn’t be who I am, or where I am without you! I love and appreciate you both so so much! & thank you for all your help, painting, grouting, cleaning, corking, organising, picking things up for me and so much more Mick, Josh & Will, thank you for spending hours and hours in the salon, building, plastering and all that other tradie stuff you’s do! Plaster tiles (Will) Your hard work did not go unnoticed and I appreciate all you’ve done for me so so much! Alex for plastering! We organised for you to do it months ago, whilst drunk and you still come through and did what needed to be done! Thank you! Britta, my painting buddy! Thank you for your endless hours of painting, keeping me company, making me laugh, dancing and singing with me! I couldn’t have painted the whole salon with anyone else! Your gonna make the best salon coordinator, I can’t wait to have you on board!! Michael, from Smittys kitchens, the cabinetry is insane and I couldn’t be happier! It turned out better then I expected! I drew what I wanted and your brought it all to life! Thank you a million times! My Godfather/Uncle Glenn! Thank you, for spending your long weekend putting up my tiles, you did an amazing job! I am soooo wrapped with them! thank you again! My girls, Jade, Harmony, Katrina & Ebony! Thank you for being the best staff I could ask for! Thank you for letting me create a space for you all to enjoy as much as me! We make such a great team, and with out all of you there would be no ‘Summah & Co’ And everyone else that popped in and helped any way possible, Aunty Mel, Lewis, Amos, Lachii, Reevsey, Kiara & I’m sure there’s more, sorry if I’ve forgotten anyone! 12.01.2022 I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, my favourite head of hair to do, my first ever head of foils when I started, and she’ll probably be my last when we’re 80 years old I also tried a new brand of colour on this one and I am LOVING IT!!

You may have seen her already buzzing around the salon in the last two months, but through all the craziness of Reno’s we haven’t had a chance to introduce her! Ebony has completed her cert 2 in hairdressing, and will start her cert 3 next year! We’re so excited to have a new personality in the salon! We love her already and we’re sure you will too!... Our cancelation list is getting quite long and we are trying our best to get all our regulars in wherever we can squeeze them in! 04.01.2022 Through all the craziness of renovations, we had two beautiful little bubbies join the Summah & Co Family! Katrina and Dave welcomed these sweet little boys into the world on November 2nd! They are all home now and all doing well and we can not wait to squish the both of them!! Special congratulations to Katrina and her family, your boys are beautiful and we wish you nothing but health and happiness and best wishes through the next few years of craziness ...
