18.01.2022 Unfortunately due to strata ‘by laws’ at our recent AGM meeting I will be closing my short term accomodation business in April. Having worked very hard at establishing this family business for the last 5 years and maintaining a high standard of excellent over 9.2 continuously through booking.com it is very sad to just have to stop working. As there is so much competition and saturation in the market with short term... Accomodation given that other sites such as AIR BNB are now easy for home owners to operate I felt it it was the right time and didn’t fight the decisions made at the meeting. I could not have done this without the support and hard work of my sister and would like to say big Thank You @Sharon McGill. Much appreciated. Thank you to all the wonderful People who have stayed and I have met along the way. This apartment will be free for short term (min 3 months) to long term rent.
