23.01.2022 Sous vide lamb belly, lamb shanks and pork belly. Just needs five minutes in the wood fired pizza oven to finish it of. All home grown at Summerfield! Who wants some?!

15.01.2022 Great to have people back on the Summerfield airstrip! Groups stopping by for lunch or a weekender. The airstrip came about as a result of Ian Summerfield’s lifelong desire to fly a plane. For his 60th birthday he went off to Melbourne to do his course and we bought a plane called Whiskers which he proceeded to fly all over Australia at the ripe age of 60! Ian no longer flies but the airstrip and hangar remain and are frequently used by guests visiting the winery and restaurant!
