25.01.2022 Summer Hill Community Centre is proud to introduce our new Inspire Yoga Mums & Bubs class. Inspire Yoga - Mums & Bubs welcomes all mothers and their babys to attend our new yoga classes every Thursday morning from 9:15am to 10:15am (excluding NSW School and public holidays). Mums and Bubs yoga classes are a terrific way to get fit, in shape, improve flexibility, get to know other local mums and their babys in a safe, secure, supervised, caring, supportive and nurturing en...vironment. Come along and discover why these classes are ever so popular. All equipment is provided. All welcome to attend from beginners to more advance. Stephanie is here to help you with all perinatal matters: information on pregnancy and birthing options; practical parenting support; support around relationships at home and work; managing emotions and all other perinatal matters. Medicare rebates are available with a referral letter from your GP.
