23.01.2022 Next Summer Life Xplorer Off Road Caravan is off the drawing board, the new 17' will be a single axle full composite Off Roader with Cruisemaster XT Suspension, 200 amps of Lithium Battery, 360 wats of Solar and inside will get a full size Queen Bed (no mucking around with bolster bits) Comfy Seating utilising a webbed base seat and a great bathroom. Other inclusions will be a Dometic Dust Reduction System, 164 Fresh Water, 100 Grey Water, 175 litre Thetford 12 volt fridge and Thetford Topline Cook top. We are projecting a tare weight just under 2.0 tonne and ATM of 2.8 tonne. We will start building in the very near future and post progress as we go.

21.01.2022 Next phase in the Summer Life RV with the addition of a Off Road Caravan @ 18' 8". Built like all Summer Life RVs this new trailer will feature fully bonded Composite Construction with a feature packed fitout. Of course we are running Cruisemaster XT Coil Off Road Independent Suspension, specifically designed chassis with one piece Composite Floor to compliment the composite walls and roof. We will add further info as this exciting build continues.... The component list so far includes Thetford 12 volt fridge with freezer drawer, Truma Hot Water with room heater, Dometic Dust Reduction System and of course a full size quality pillow top Queen Size Mattress. Like to here some thoughts on whether we use comfy leather recliners of fit a "J" lounge?

The Summer Life Getaway Camper is a quality Australian Made Slide On Camper built to suit today's extra cab (cab and a half) style vehicles. Summer Life Manufacture their campers with the latest in composite panels that offer excellent strength and insulation. This camper utilises a fully bonded composite construction for optimum strength and eliminates timber frames so there is nothing ...in the walls (or roof) to rot or deteriorate. With a long list of inclusions this Summer Life Slide On Camper is equipped to take you away in comfort. This camper can removed from the vehicle quickly and easily with the addition of 12 volt operated Landing Gear. This allows you to remove and lower off the vehicle and level from side to side and front to rear. There is great storage on the outside with storage bins both sides and we have fitted a BBQ LP Gas Bayonet and 12 volt USB charging port. 07.01.2022 We get asked all the time about the top reasons in differences in durability, strength and insulation of Fibreglass Composite Panel Construction (Composite Panel) when compared with Timber Frame Construction. 1. First is Composite Panel does not rot or deteriorate if it gets wet, this means your investment will last for many, many worry free years. 2. Even if water gets into a Composite Panel it will not deteriorate ensuring ongoing strength under all conditions.... 3. Because of the nature of Composite Panel it is superior in its strength compared to other methods of framed construction simply giving you a stronger wall, roof or floor. 4. Our Composite Panel is CNC cut to exact measurements and does not rely on multi cut frame components. This means every wall is precise and identical to the drawing ensuring a perfect fit. 5. Composite Panel utilises Fully Bonded Construction meaning we glue/bond all panels and do not rely on staples or screws to hold things together. This means a Bonded Panel will outlast other construction methods especially where subjected to constant movement with no timber or aluminium to fracture. 6. Wiring and wiring runs are outside of the wall cavity which means they are always accessible should there needs to be any additions in future years. It does however mean extra planning through manufacture to ensure correct placement of wiring. There are many more reasons for Composite Panel Construction but given the projected use of you RV it is undeniable that Bonded Composite Panel Construction is the way of the future and yesterdays framed construction with aluminium cladding is cheap and susceptible to a merid of potential damage which ultimately depreciates your investment substantially.
