21.01.2022 Summit Health & Fitness has a new home I wanted to start by saying I love my job as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Over the last 16 years I have nurtured my passion and promoted the powerful effects of exercise and how it helps people in all aspects of their lives whether it be physical, mental, emotional or social. After 16 years I remain excited and look forward to doing my job knowing how much people appreciate our interaction and how it makes them feel. Everyone ma...tters at Summit Health and Fitness and we deliver a care model that empowers people to make positive lifestyle choices based on their goals, needs and aspirations in life. It's wonderful to reflect on the diversity and number of positive contributions we achieve at Summit Health & Fitness. We have strategies tailored for: individuals or groups, young and old, disabled or abled bodied, community or aged care, cancer, multiple sclerosis, dementia, chronic health management and for every other condition because it's proven that exercise is medicine. I am proud to announce that Summit Health and Fitness now has a home.
