20.01.2022 {Benefits of Exercising outdoors} 1. Studies have proven that exercising outdoors helps to lower blood pressure and will reduce stress. As a result exercising outdoors can feel less strenuous then the same session indoors which may allow you to work harder and push closer to your maximum performance. 2. When you exercise outdoors you receive plenty of fresh air which in turn will reduce insomnia. Regular exercise outside will assist you to fall asleep quicker and improve the ...quality of your sleep. 3. Sunshine provides our body with vitamin D which is so important for both our mind and body - Did you know that vitamin D deficiency has been linked to increased risk of some diseases such as osteoporosis, heart disease and some cancers? Sunlight is also known to enhance energy generation in the muscles and oxidation of tissue! 4. Variation of terrain will recruit different muscle groups. Exercising on a slightly uneven terrain will require both mental concentration and also will require the use of different muscle groups to those used for stationary exercises in a gym environment. I definitely understand if your not keen on having the little ones out in this weather But totally happy to continue on if there is enough interest for a class or two tomorrow. 06.01.2022 It seems so difficult but really it's not! Weight loss is simple maths, eat less then you 'burn'. Eat real foods - plenty of fruit and veges, lean meats, limit processed and high sugar foods and get your body moving! Find a exercise you enjoy and smash out a few sessions a week - you'll thank yourself in a couple of months time!

05.01.2022 My mind is officially blown after an amazing weekend learning about the incredible bodies of women - from normal menstral cycles to menopause and everything in between. - So many things go into creating the perfect balance in our bodies! - I cannot wait to implement what I have learnt with my clients and taking my training to a whole new level, taking into account a women's whole body and current situation and stress levels/ loads.
