18.01.2022 How is your business travelling? It has been interesting to talk with clients about their state of play right now. Who has seen a large downturn and now qualifies for Job Keeper?... Who has maintained their place revenue wise? And Who has been flat out? Yep I have had clients who have been flat strap during this time, which has been tricky as they have had their team work from home. With all of them we have been working along side then being flexible to cope with the ebbs and flows of work and work direction. One the great certainty I have though the that the inate entrepreneurial spirit of these businesses means that they will be finding their way through.

08.01.2022 There is always a level of risk in business. For many of us we love that rush, but that doesn't mean we should be taking uneducated risks. Or diving in doing something when we know nothing. I do have a little crash or crash through approach, but that is because I have armed myself with some skills first.... I make sure I learn how to do things, even a little so that I can make those better choices along the way. For me, I am a big believer that digital marketing is one of those things we need to learn as well. At least some of it Stop paying tonnes of money to people to do things for you when you don't understand what they are doing. Especially if they don't explain things along the way. Learn.
