21.01.2022 Leg day! Technique is so important when strength training! No matter who your trainer is make sure they are getting your form right! These habits are sometimes hard to break as you may have been squatting wrong your whole life! Stick with it! These changes will happen!
17.01.2022 MAKE IT A HABIT! LACKING MOTIVATION IS NOT AN EXCUSE! Motivation is an interesting topic. People think that every trainer is ALWAYS motivated! We love always training and always eating well. Well guess what? We are just human. We love our chill days and our "cheat meals" just as much as everyone else. ... But what does set us apart? We have made non negotiable's to ourselves, we know by training and eating well we feel better and function better, we have created life long habits to get up and be the best version of us today and everyday, well, try to at least. A non negotiable is a promise to yourself that no matter what, you are going to do the thing, whatever that maybe. If I have promised myself that I will train every day this week, then no matter what I am getting up and training. I might be tired and lack 'motivation' that day, but I will still get up and make it happen because I owe that to myself and my body. As soon as you start breaking these non negotiable's its a deep rabbit hole to get yourself back out from, and you might wake up and its 5 years down the track. You only have one life, make good habits and stick to them! Craig bloody Harper is an amazingly true and honest man who I love to listen to.
