14.01.2022 Missing our grains and greens salad in store? Here’s a quick version you can make at home! Ingredients // Serves 1 30g edamame beans, cooked 30g puy lentils, cooked... 30g freekeh, cooked 100g kale, shredded 5g goji berries 60ml tahini dressing Toss together and serve! Make sure you mix this one well, as the kale needs to soak up the dressing. To make your own batch of tahini dressing, just put cup of tahini, cup of warm water, a pinch of salt and a little crushed garlic or garlic powder in a jar and shake vigorously. This will make a big serve, so you can store leftovers in the fridge.

Ingredients // Serves 1 40g baby spinach 140g cooked brown rice & quinoa... 30g Lebanese cucumber, diced 15g red onion, finely sliced 30g grilled haloumi 60g cooked lamb, sliced thinly 10g pine nuts 30g lemon dressing Toss together all ingredients, divide between two plates and serve. To make your own lemon dressing, put the juice of one lemon, 90ml extra virgin olive oil and some salt and pepper in a jar, then shake to mix.

We’re taking extra steps to ensure that no matter how you'd like to enjoy our salads, you do so feeling safe and protected. We would like to take a moment to assure you that we are carefully monitoring the COVID-19 situation. Safely serving you healthy and fresh salads is still our top priority. We have always followed strict food s...afety procedures in all our stores. At this time, we are being extra vigilant for the protection of our customers and staff. We are taking extra precautions by reinforcing health and hygiene protocols for all team members in our stores. At Sumo, we use gloves, practise frequent hand washing, regularly wipe down surfaces and contact points using specialised cleaning agents, and ensure that only healthy staff are preparing food and serving in all our stores. Our fresh vegetables are always washed and sanitised. We are also staying up to date on official government websites and implementing new measures daily. Due to the increased demand for some ingredients, you may find we have had to temporarily swap out some ingredients with others. Hopefully this will only be for a short period of time. If you are unable to get to a store or you’re working from home, jump onto our website, choose your favourite salad and contact your nearest store to discuss delivery options.
