09.01.2022 Need a healthy and simple dinner idea? Try this recipe, inspired by our Lamb & Haloumi Grain Bowl in store. Ingredients // Serves 1 40g baby spinach 140g cooked brown rice & quinoa... 30g Lebanese cucumber, diced 15g red onion, finely sliced 30g grilled haloumi 60g cooked lamb, sliced thinly 10g pine nuts 30g lemon dressing Toss together all ingredients, divide between two plates and serve. To make your own lemon dressing, put the juice of one lemon, 90ml extra virgin olive oil and some salt and pepper in a jar, then shake to mix.

Ingredients // Serves 1 30g edamame beans, cooked 30g puy lentils, cooked... 30g freekeh, cooked 100g kale, shredded 5g goji berries 60ml tahini dressing Toss together and serve! Make sure you mix this one well, as the kale needs to soak up the dressing. To make your own batch of tahini dressing, just put cup of tahini, cup of warm water, a pinch of salt and a little crushed garlic or garlic powder in a jar and shake vigorously. This will make a big serve, so you can store leftovers in the fridge.
