Great remedy for coughing, flu, asthma, respiratory Ingredients:... - 30 flowers approx from bugambilia - 8 lemons. - 1 water jug - Sweetener (optional) PREPARATION: 1. Bugambilia should not be boiled as it will lose the phytonutrients. Boil the water, take off heat and then add the flowers and cover immediately. Seep flowers for at least one hour without opening. 2. Let cool 3. Add lemon juice in a water jar, add bugambilia infusion and sweeten to taste with sugar or honey. 4. Refrigerate. Add Ice and a couple of bugambilia flowers on top.
