18.01.2022 Sunassist would like to give a big thank you to Lower Murray Water for their generous donation of $1000 as part of their annual Mildura office staff charity fund. This money will go towards our Christmas Day Lunch delivery.
18.01.2022 Somebody once said to me you have to look poor to get people in the community to donate to you! Well Sunassist is a fantastic professional community organisation that has almost 300 amazing volunteers and an incredible dedicated small group of paid staff working with over 5000 elderly, young people and people with a disability in our community. Yes COVID has had an impact on us all and our organisation has been one of the few to continue providing direct contact services th...roughout this pandemic...simply because people in our community needs our services. But we need your support!! Our "Friends of Sunassist" initiative is about you becoming a financial supporter of our organisation. Our target is 200 Friends of Sunassist for 2021. I was also told that it is not possible to get to 200 this year. Will you become one of the 200 for this year for as little as $4 per week fully tax deductible!! 16.01.2022 After a massive effort in delivering 200 meals to people in our community, I want to thank everybody who contributed today. It was organised chaos at our office for a few hours but it was incredible to see so many prepared to give up their time to help others on Christmas Day. Thank you to everybody who donated cash, to the supporting business, the volunteers and the Sunassist team.. you are all amazing and this could not have happened without you! ... Merry Christmas.

03.01.2022 Preparations for our Christmas day delivery of a 3 course lunch with a pressie and some other goodies for 200+ people is coming along well. Thank you to all the businesses and everyone who has volunteered to make this happen. You are all wonderful and certainly shown the true Christmas spirit of giving. ... Merry Christmas everyone!
