15.01.2022 So after some big changes to our business, the good news is that Sarah's back, albiet on light duties after her shoulder injury. But with the help of other staff, we're making gf bread again...and it's great. Look for it Wednesday to Sunday inclusive. We're also now arranging to source the best gf pies, sausage rolls and cakes that we can for you, to enjoy with our coffee. Watch this space for some big news on this next week. So come on in to Sunbaked at Pacific Fair or the Strand Coolangatta Thursday-Sunday inclusive, to choose from one of our loaves including white, multiseed and fruit (and specialty varieties on the weekend). And while you're in, ask our wonderful staff to show you our gf cake range, and try some with our 'gf' coffee).

10.01.2022 Best gluten free bread I've had anywhere. To begin with the smell is heavenly, the crust is crunchy and the centre is soft and pillowy. You normally don't get t...hat with gf breads in most places, either crust and bread is soft or both are kind of hard. As far as I was told by the shop assistant the bread is supposed to also be dairy, egg, yeast (and I think preservative free too?). See more

10.01.2022 And now for something different.....red quinoa and cranberry granola. Also includes almond, coconut, macadamia, pistachio, with a little coconut oil, cinnamon and salt. And agave for sweetness (from the cactus plant). GF, Vegan, and delicious. Send us your feedback....
