Green Smoothie Bowl What you need:... 1 cup of Kale and Spinach Mix 1 banana frozen 1/2 cup frozen Mango 1/2 an avocado 1/4 to 1/2 cup almond milk 1. Place the kale and spinach, banana, mango and avocado in a blender. Add the almond milk as needed. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes until smooth. 2. Place tray under the grill and grill for about 8 minutes, turning occasionally, until all ingredients are lightly charred. 3.
