02.01.2022 Hi to all of you. Corona virus has set us all back but recovery is happening. Whilst some disagree with the lock downs, generally we have stood together which shows when we work together the community does wonders. We know overseas travel will be limited for a while except possibly for Tasmania (lol) and New Zealand. There is so much to see and do in Australia and we encourage you all to see your own country when you can or, if not, then join our neighbours. New Zealand is a ...peaceful and beautiful country to visit and it is cheaper to fly to New Zealand for a ski holiday than it is here in many cases. In the South Island there are numerous ski fields including MOUNT HUTT via Ashburton just south of Christchurch. There are numerous other ski fields including Coronet Peak at Queenstown and Aoraki near Mount Cook. Usually day passes are cheaper in New Zealand as well and there are huge opportunities with accommodation. There are many day trips out of Queenstown including around Milford Sound but the loveliest is actually Doubtful Sound. It is part of the Tasman Sea.
