Online registrations have now closed, however you can still sign up on the day. Everyone is invited, and even if you don't have a group organised you will be welcome to join one of the existing teams.

Relay For Life is a fun and moving experience, bringing the community together to raise funds for Cancer Council’s vital work in cancer research, prevention and support. This year the program has been condensed into a single day event running for eight hours on Saturday November 10, with all the fun still included! It's not too late to register. We aim to give you the best experience possible and all the Relay Highlights will still take place: Opening Ceremony - 12:20pm Survivors & Carers Afternoon Tea 12:45pm... Candlelight Ceremony 7:45pm Closing Ceremony - 8:20pm Bump in on Saturday 10th November from 11am. This will be an amazing experience and we can’t wait to see you all there. See more

02.01.2022 As part of my volunteer service with the Cancer Council this year, I’m choosing to participate in their annual Relay for Life event to help raise $2,000 for res...earch and family support services, to help those affected by Cancer. Before deciding to do this, I had already pre-booked a trip to New Zealand which falls on the same weekend as the Relay for Life event, so I have taken this opportunity to kick-off Relay for Life’s first ever ONLINE relay team Fight Club. The idea being that anyone can join the team and participate in the relay wherever you may be on that day to raise broader awareness through social media. Really hope you can spare some time on this day to participate, and spare some cash for this great cause for those less fortunate than most of us! I will be fundraising from now until the day of the event so you can donate at any time in the lead up. == FIGHT CLUB 'Ladies and gents, welcome to Fight Club!' - Ha! The first rule of Fight Club is: Be grateful for your loved ones. The second rule of Fight Club is: Donate to Fight Club. Third rule is: On Saturday 10th November, complete some form of exercise (of your choice) for any amount of time, at some point in the day. Fourth rule: Take a selfie doing that exercise and post to social media with the hashtag #RFLFightClub. And the fifth and final rule: Screenshot that selfie and send it to me so I can see my team in action, and lookin’ the goods!
