When you speak to the Caretaker they ask you to put your concerns in writing knowing very well what the issue is.. It’s a very well known issue try 6-7 years and millions of dollars spent on an internal wall defect battle, the BC are about to spend 7.6 million rectifying it.. and you know have to move out of your un...it so they can fix it... oh and you paid the price the vendor was asking because surprise surprise there was incomplete disclosure. I fear, and the statistics show that not all buyers are searching records to verify the information provided to them in the contract ( and more) Be smart, don’t skip one of the most crucial steps in the conveyancing process and educate yourself first on what you are buying into.... it’s not just a unit!
