24.01.2022 Clear skies, comfy inside!

23.01.2022 Bit of a devastating day today. Calm the mind, cover the greenhouse again, and keep going. Thanks for all our friends checking in on us.

21.01.2022 Relocating our basil plants. Not for eating, they are bunker plants that hold our army of Orius good bugs so they are ready eat those pest thrips bad bugs. #knowwhereyourfoodcomesfrom #basil #horticulture

19.01.2022 One more day to go, and we would replaced all the ripped plastic from the storm. A relief and comfort that the crops will take off again. #happiness

15.01.2022 Hot summer, please survive! #farmerslife

14.01.2022 Got a chance to speak to the Premier Mark McGowan on Covid 19 disruption and the recent storm damage to the region. Looking forward to further lifting of restrictions tomorrow!

14.01.2022 Greenhouse tomatoes need manual pollination, detailed work. Can you see the pollen fall? #pollination #farmerslife

13.01.2022 Sunday Walkaway market!

12.01.2022 Highlight this week, found a chick Goshawk on our farm driveway after a 43 degree day with the easterly blowing. Couldn’t find her nest, however handed her over to Just Raptors. They are raising her to be released, and named her Sunny after us :)

11.01.2022 Another new source of damage to our capsicum fruits... The challenge when using beneficial bugs is when we are faced with a new pest like these black crickets we can’t just go in with with a single spray. The spray is very effective but harms our population of good bugs. So now we implement another strategy , using oldschool bait. #farmerslife

10.01.2022 Happy Easter everyone, keep safe. These little critters will be busy working through these hard times.

08.01.2022 First time to Darwin, NT, officially been to all the states and territories in Aus!! Some presentations, networking, Nuffield scholars catch up, farm visits and amazing food. No crocodiles, however some great rain down pours! Will be back for a holiday for sure.

07.01.2022 Hi Guys, We have planted watermelons back in November and now they are ready. You can drop by our farm between 12:00-2:00pm. You can also ask mum for some tomatoes, capsicum and cucumbers! Our farm 36 Masters Rd, Deepdale.... Thanks for your support.

06.01.2022 The rain hasn’t even started yet and we already have 5 tunnels torn. Nothing you can do but wait. Maybe 2-3 days when it calms down, before fixing, then assess the damage to the crops. #farmerslife

02.01.2022 Happy harvested tomatoes!
