20.01.2022 This is why I have so many grey hairs. I was standing in an over packed shipping container reaching into a box at the back of a shelf and suddenly felt something that shouldn't be there. I think I just used up most of my toilet paper stash. :-)

16.01.2022 Sorry, but we have had to pull out of the Murphy's Creek Chilli Festival on Sunday. We were really looking forward to being a part of it but something has come up and thrown a spanner in the works. If you were coming along to stock up on our Scurvy Dog sodas and Lime Chilli cordials, give us a call and we'll see what we can do to send it out to you. Hopefully see you all there again next year. 13.01.2022 Many years ago, when the trees were young and we used to get frosts in Winter , I bought several boxes of these paper towels with the intention of soaking them in diesel and burning them in the Orchard in the early mornings to help circulate the air and reduce the damage from the frost. Then the frosts stopped happening and the boxes of these towels sat in a shed untouched for years. Now with the Great Toilet Paper crisis of 2020 I just rediscovered them. It's a bit like fin...ding a lost Super fund you had forgotten about but had kept earning you money. I now have over 3km's of paper towels in my Super fund. :-) See more

12.01.2022 It's been confirmed that this years Regional Flavours at Southbank which was scheduled for July has now been officially cancelled. So Sad. But at the end of the day as long as everyone stays safe and healthy everything will work out OK. We'll be there for 2021 for sure .

10.01.2022 Over the years I've tried to grow carrots but they always come out in weird and wonderful shapes. Then I was sorting some stuff out in a shed when I noticed some 2 inch poly lengths and had an idea. Why not cut them around 400mm long, fill them with dirt and grow carrots in them. I can fit around 25 in an old milk crate and the carrots can only grow in one direction. And Ta Da ! A perfect carrot .... Cheers See more

06.01.2022 Just wondering what , if any, precautions people are taking to protect against this Corona virus. We've started placing Lime Zest around the house. Especially the bedrooms. Not sure if it will work but lime is a great disinfectant and also kills things like Ecoli so it's worth a try. Even if it doesn't work, the house has a lovely Lime fragrance. Stay safe... :-) See more

04.01.2022 Peek a Boo ! Just spotted this cheeky bugger sticking it's head out from under a box on the front verandah. Luckily it's only a Red Belly, they're pretty timid, so we'll give it some space and hopefully it will wonder off back into the scrub somewhere.

And with our latest machine we can produce around 25 kg of 100% Pure Lime zest a day. All from our own Pesticide Free trees. The Zest is Snap Frozen within minutes of being removed and then Vacuum packed in 1kg packs. ( Smaller sizes available on request )... 01.01.2022 Hi Everyone. Just want to confirm that in these uncertain times, Suncoast Limes is still open for business. Being Farmers self isolation is pretty much our life anyhow . We are still picking fresh Limes and making fresh batches of all our products. We have plenty of fresh Limes and Lime juice as well as our Cordials, Drinks, Zest and Lime Salts....
