20.01.2022 Please note, to allow more teams to play, there have been important changes to the Suncoast Springtime Slam 3 on 3 Basketball competition: the event will now be held on one day, Sunday October 6th, U21 Mens teams are now welcome to nominate, it is now only $20 per player to register and registrations will remain open until Wednesday.

20.01.2022 Introducing RETRO COURT 1! To cope with some late nominations we are returning to the spiritual roots of basketball by scheduling four on Sunday's games on the holy tarmac of the old outdoor court. Each boy's team will have one game when they get to 'shine in the sun'. To get you in the retro spirit, we'll add some nifty 70s and 80's surprises to the games. Make sure you pack your sneakers (that's what called 'joggers/runners' back in the day), and any other retro fittings (think Dodgeball) you might want to wear for the occasion. Amended draw has been uploaded this morning!

15.01.2022 Wow! What a great day! 8 hours of three on three, some trips down memory lane with some retro hoopin and a great three point shootout. Congratulations to TCT who took out the girls division and Adopted who claimed the boy's title. Thanks to everyone who participated and helped out. Looking forward to an even bigger event next year!

15.01.2022 Entries have now closed for the Suncoast Springtime Slam 3 on 3 Junior Tournament. We would ask all players to complete the online registration following the link you should have received from the Team contact when your team was entered. You can choose to pay online or simply complete your information, bypass the credit card payment and pay $20 on the day. A draw will be drafted today and posted in the next few days on the website. 14.01.2022 Great news! The Suncoast Springtime Slam has been awarded a Regional Development Grant by Maroochy Shire Council. Hopefully, this will see the tournament grow into something like the Spokane Hoopfest in the USA. Check it out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Dm1C6Advek

14.01.2022 There will be a 3 Point shootout held during the 3 on 3 comp. Every 3 on 3 team entered will be allowed to nominate one player from the team. Each player will have one minute to shoot 3 pointers. The other team members will be in charge of collecting & returning the balls. Winner is the most threes in one minute.

12.01.2022 The draw for this Sunday's 3 on 3 Comp has been uploaded to the website. First game is at 9am but all teams need to be at Maroochydore Stadium by 8.40am. The canteen will be open throughout the day. Looking forward to a great day of hoops!
