16.01.2022 To my fellow humans.. . If you have the opportunity to stay home, to keep your children home from school, please do so. We are all devastated by the recent turn of events, the intensity of this virus, the loss of so many jobs, not to mention the lives lost throughout the world. .... Going out and potentially catching or spreading the virus is not, I repeat NOT going to lessen the impact this is going to keep having on our lives. . We have made the decision to self isolate, the children will not be leaving the house, no visitors, no leaving for anything that is non essential (food shop & doctors). This is a decision we have made to protect not only our immediate family, but our extended and our community. With the PM announcing Phase 2, and the closing of all nail salons/beauty salons we are down to one income (when May comes & I'm off mat leave payments). Being that Shayne's job is not an essential service he may soon be out of work also. . If we all do our bit, we will all get through this stronger than before. . Just because we can't catch up face to face doesn't mean we can't continue to care for ourselves & one another. I'm here to chat, video call if ever any of you are feeling down, and uncertain about the way the world is going. Please reach out anytime. . 11.01.2022 We have been given the green light ladies!! At this stage I'll be reopening the salon on Monday 15th June, with limited times and hours. Booking priority will be given to my regular clientele.... New clients, please message me with your interest/available days & times. Upon reopening there will be updated policies, & specific covid19 policies put into place: Records must be kept with your contact details for 28 days for contact tracing if required. This is a non-negotiable being a govt request. The use of a mask is optional- this is not a requirement from WHO, if you feel comfortable, feel free to wear. However I won't be wearing one due to them needing to be changed out every 20 minutes to ensure that they work efficiently. I ask that if phones or wallets aren't needed at the time of your app please leave them in your car. If you are bringing these items in, please make sure they remain in your bag at all times and are not to be touched during the service. If you have pics you'd like to show me, please do so prior to your appointment - they can be sent via text, Facebook or Instagram. Payment- all payments are to be direct deposit, this can be done after your service is complete. I will be requesting hands are washed with antibacterial soap and nails scrubbed before service commences & upon completion. Please come alone to your appointment, this includes children. If you are unwell please stay home. We can reschedule your appointment for 14 days after your recovery. If you show up sick you will be turned away. Unfortunately, I am forced to put in place a new pricelist due to product increases globally and safety protocols as a result of covid-19. This will come into effect from 1st July 2020. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Finally.. If you are a regular client of mine please message me if you would like to return and let me know which days and times suit you best. I will be running limited appointments due to Remi being so young I will do my best to accommodate your needs, I am looking forward to seeing you all, and holding hands after so long apart If we get anymore updates I will add to them to this post.
