21.01.2022 Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian practice for forgiveness and reconciliation. It’s more than the prayer alone; it's a process of making things right in your relationships -- with others, ancestors, deities, the earth, yourself. The foundation of this practice is unity: an unbreakable bond connects you to everyone else, even though we seem so separate. As within, so without.... It’s helped me identify underlying currents of resentment and self-sabotage in my life (from relationships and surrounding my childlessness) so I can give them up. So I can be free, especially as I move forward and transition into a new phase of life. There are four forces at work in this prayer: repentance, forgiveness, gratitude, and love. These are reflected in the four phrases that make up the prayer. The phrases, which you can repeat in any order, silently to yourself or out loud, are: I am sorry (Please) Forgive me Thank you I love you I hosted a free guided meditation today for my community. It was soul nourishment - across in our private FB community if you’d love it, let me know https://www.facebook.com/groups/sundarayogastudents/?ref=share Blessings Nic x #meditation #forgiveness #sundarayogatownsville #yoga #sacredfeminine #womanscircle #woman #spiritual #peacefulmeditation

21.01.2022 The moon is a reminder that what ever phase I am in, I am still whole, just as I am, and with this opportunity for new, fresh insights and beginnings from my dark /new moon intentions. As we approach her fullness this month, Friday 2nd of October, I am reminded of my sovereignty, my creativity, my abundance, my light, my fullness, all of my emotions, the need to surrender, nourish and support. I will be in my follicular phase, just out of the sacred bleed time. I wonder ar...e you tuned in to your natural rhythms? The ebb, the flow, the emotion, the water, the seasons ?. As my cycle changes, compresses, extends, and re- syncs, this doesn’t mean that as I usually bleed on the full moon, that I am any less of a moon goddess, in fact red moon bleeders often feel grounded, in this world and uplifted into the other, can hold space especially graciously for other woman who cycle and ovulate around this time. The key to harnessing this energy is to track your own mensus rythm first, then see how you are feeling relative to the mother moon (I offer more insight on this amazing work in my 1:1 Program - Awakening the Divine Feminine) As this moon will be my last in Australia, I will be crafting apothecary goodness and sitting with grief, my private release, and my own shadow work as I prepare to travel to the far off lands of Panama, the lands of indigenous Panamanians/ Native Indians/ and Spanish fusion. I am available for 1:1 work up virtually and in person up until Friday 16 October (in studio by appointment ) afterwhich a new program of work and a schedule will be released as I ground and settle into my new home from 28 October. I depart Australia on 27 October For apothecary crafting such as >my equinox beautiful body with calendula, lavender, rose, chamomile infused in coconut oil and olive oil $40, (2 available) > Moon Time Tincture $55 for goddess love (hormonal balance, cervical support, emotional support , sexual health and vitality) this herbal extract is brewed on apple cider vinegar for 6 weeks) small batch in a glass dropper bottle (3 available ) https://app.moonclerk.com/pay/41roa3zlfldi > Full Moon and Dark Moon body scrubs (only 2 of each available) small glass jars $10 Reach out directly + postage Lots of love from across the oceans and the skies .... soon to be flying away dear friends Nic x https://sundaravirtualyoga.com/apothecary-plant-earth-medi/

17.01.2022 As I enter the 49 revolution around the sun today, I use this time to reflect upon things, especially what I’ve learned about myself in the last few weeks... That my freedom is important and when I feel controlled by a system or a process I feel uneasy That being a woman means I have innate creativity that is waiting to be witnessed, like I have been in incubation (aka forced hotel quarantine), extra time to dig in That my energy is sacred and it takes honesty & self aware...ness and rewild old patterns Fresh air matters. If I don’t get myself outside, plant my feet on the earth and breathe in the beauty then my whole day can become exhausting and overwhelming. I LOVE spending time crafting my next home apothecary brew, sun oils and tinctures for self care are my favorite at the moment, (and now I am getting ready to head to the SPA) plus planning the things I’ve never had time to do (like decluttering and perging my wardrobe), working on creative ideas etc. My goal is to focus on what can be done and how we come out of this better than before, so that I am ready to emerge into this new cycle is with and abundance. I can’t wait to hug my husband, launch my new website, move to Panama, connect with more woman in the world of Yoga and all things wild, wise and a little but woo woo. What have you learned about yourself in this process? What are your reflections sisters? Much love Nic x

17.01.2022 New Beginnings Nearly equal hours of darkened and light today as we turn to face the energy of the solar sun. We in the Southern Hemisphere will enjoy earlier sunrises, later sunsets, softer winds, sprouting plants and blooms in abundance. Even today, the energy has softened don’t you think? Air breathes through me and around me with playful warm glowing hugs, like my favourite grandmother trees kisses. Spring Equinox for abundance, prosperity, maiden blessings. New Life... The return of light as we emerge from our winter crone Hibernation season is over Yet, have you done the work during incubation to emerge with fresh perspective, ready to create, plant your dreams, and blossom forward? Planting seeds without loving preparation may result in empty pots, create slow, stunted blooms or nothing at all. The key to transitioning into this season is the shedding and getting cozy, cranky, crackly with the dirty, dark work of winter. Like weeding your patch, and creating space for new life to flow in. Getting rid of patterns that don’t serve your identify, in a way that is nourishing and abundant. This image is too beautiful to not share publicly... it makes me feel so worthy to guide beautiful sisters in ceremony, this one especially where we crafted release ritual anointing our bodies in egg shells, ash paste, wrapping beautiful carnation buds in love notes and planting our seeds in the arms of our earth womb jar. We also crafted equinox body oil, and infused fertility water, by basking a jug of water under the energy of the day. It was magical I hope you can experience your beauty in all of her abundance too! But first sister, don’t forget the shadow work. She is necessary and beautifully chaotic, filled with pain, grief, emotion but once she shifts it’s like you are clean and light inside , hey sister I see you and love you wildly Nic x (PS- speaking of new beginnings, I will be departing the Southern Hemisphere and my home country to the Northern energy, where Panama is to be my home. I depart Australia on 27 October, to live in a beachside Casa, in El Palmar San Carlos, approximately 2 hours from Panama City, where I share the lands with native Indian|Spanish. In studio appointments are available by request but all are available virtually, as always

16.01.2022 I never thought that running a heart centered business would be plain sailing but I guess nothing really prepares you for some of the curve balls that get thrown your way. The hardest lesson for me has been feeling I wasn't good enough, Yogic enough, spiritual enough, and that nothing I had to say or teach would reasonate with any woman. But in a strange way I'm kinda glad I had to go through this because it's made me understand that vulnerability is a gift I am me - a uniqu...e, earthy, talented spirited woman I see you too I am with you always Have a great week sisters, Nic x

14.01.2022 According to positive pyschology, did you know that showing gratitude actually makes you a happier person? I'm all for more happiness, so here are 2 things I'm grateful for right now...I have had an interesting relationship with my body, yep, she has changed shape and developed strength as I have, especially before I started my daily movement practice, some 10 years ago, I couldn't even sit on the floor comfortably let alone support my body to shift into asana that felt nour...ishing. Today as I sit here, I feel so connected to my body in all of her beauty and strength. I am also grateful that I have the means to practice self care, each day. This doesn't look like daily fancy spa treatments (although I did indulge yesterday for my birthday), or spending alot of money. I view the exchange of self care as a necessary part of keeping me grounded, aligned and present in my day. This looks like waking to journal 3 things I am grateful for, brewing a mindful cuppa tea ( this mornings was red clover for natural estrogen balance), 15 minutes of movement/postures and breathe. I also pick fresh flowers daily and place them in the kitchen. Yet it didn't always look like this until I reinvented the relationship with what was important, so rather than hurrying outa bed, grabbing my phone, shovelling in a piece of toast and fueling with coffee, I choose to slow the pace in a mindful and more connected way. I am grateful for this. Hope you find something in your day to be grarteful for too sisters, Much love Nic x ((PS Trikonasana is my favourite Yoga asana, reach for the stars !))

14.01.2022 Worry never robs tomorrow of its sorrow, it only saps today of its joy. Leo F. Buscaglia. . I used to worry about not being Yogic enough in my body to teach and guide others. You know, I am a full bodied and stressed that as my body didnt look like a "thin, white, pretzel, youngish woman" I wouldn't be taken seriously as a Yoga Teacher, until I realised it was holding me back from sharing my story and connecting with like minded woman who may look at me and see elements... of themselves - natural, authentic, curvy, full, strong and beautifully able to move and breathe . Today, as we enter the change of the moon, (she is heading into darkness as she turns her face inward, it is a fabulous time over the next few days to sit with yourself and ask, is there something you need to let go of? I will be Here is my release altar, if you are wildly curious? Much love Nic x

07.01.2022 And then, 2020, special times, I am here . - https://mailchi.mp//awaken-11-virtual-teachings-yoga-and-m

06.01.2022 Every Sunday I spend some time in self care, its like a ritual for me. Today I am starting my day with yummy watermelon and ginger juice, free range eggs and a cuppa chamomile, to prepare for my lovely private virtual 1:1 student and then this afternoon, for a goddess who I am crafting ceremony for. Its so special carving out time for yourself, and I do this because it reminds me that I am worth it. I wanted to share this memory of our special time together as woman in self... care during the Autumn Equinox Harvest, for today marks the part way forward of the cusp forward for Spring and into Summer in the southern hemisphere. Today, Springtime Equinox. A balance of light and dark as the earth starts to shift her face and lean toward us, symbolic of our fertile soils and Ostara. Wash over us with your fertile mews. Your breathe. Your life force. I love this practice, and this image so much I wanted to share it with you again. It might even inspire you to self care today or create some form of ceremony for yourself. Then again, I craft these perfectly for you too. Nic x

05.01.2022 One of my favourite rituals is to support myself and busy woman is to craft their own self care practices integrating the amazing mother earth kingdoms. How beautiful would it be to learn about brewing your own medicines, to support your vitality, womb & menstral cycles, skin care, and yoni health? Learning about these practices has certainly transformed my emotional and physical state especially from problematic and painful menstruation & peri menopause to ease, vitality an...d sacred sensuality I am very lucky, and feel so great. It's ovulation cycle today so my energy is great and I feel so alive with creativity! I cannot thank my Moon Time tincture enough! Home crafted of course! Nic x Wildly curious ? I have 1:1 individual private sessions available

05.01.2022 A gorgeous Yogi from Adelaide emailed me following our free virtual class Nic, Fab morning ....some days some postures are a struggle....namaste Nic, with gratitude for your energy Now, she is devoted to feeling better, moving mindfully and finding more ease, and rekindling her connection to her original teachings way back when she was a younger woman. She shared with me a teacher used to send her tapes so she could practice, long ago when in the Pilbara, how amazing is ...this, the story of how her practice began all those moons and rotations ago. I am so grateful to reconnect back with this amazing soul, as our paths crossed about 10 years ago in another realm, and again now as spiritual seekers of truth, yoga, story telling and earthly connections. I am excited to support her to develop further her practice so she feels better, is able to de clutter her mind after a busy day and carve out personal time for self care. And all this guided virtually as a teacher in your home is priceless! And for this beauty, her self care is movement and breathe medicine as she starts my YOGA 1:1 Private program. I am so delighted she’s trusted herself and the process, and me of course. I can’t wait to guide her ! And you too ? 01.01.2022 Vulnerability alert I might seem like I have ALL my ducks in a row, but you know what sometimes it's like I've got butterflies constantly dancing but they are at a rave! I really struggle with my visibility as a Yoga teacher, and being a full bodied goddess, and I don't talk about it often, but I want you to know the real me, not the glossy, curated version of me! Yet what has helped me to overcome this is using movement & breathe practice (Yoga & Meditation) and Sacre...d Feminine work to support me to sink deep. Doing the inner work to find acceptance of my body and getting clear in my own mind that I have something special to say and offer, to you woman is so special. Especially important for me, now , as I reflect upon my younger years as a maiden where I felt my authenticity was not seen, or heard. Which is why when it comes to supporting woman to find movement & a voice, (through private Yoga and 1:1 feminine work) I am fully using my voice and my whole body- you know the curves, the cellulite, the bumps, the love handles, the scars. Entering my 49-50th year, I finally feel at home. So beauty, I offer a unique perspective to support you to connect with your creative & beautiful soul self, in a way that’s real, authentic and bloody delicious ! Like you! Honoured as always to show up here ! Blessings as always Nic x Love U x
