08.01.2022 SURF BEACH COLLISION Traffic is banked up entering Phillip Island Road tonight after a two car collision near Pine Ave at Surf Beach. Police say no one was se...riously injured, but the accident is causing delays as people arrive on the island for the long weekend. Police urged motorists to be patient and said although the cars were being cleared, delays were expected to continue.

07.01.2022 Following yesterday’s announcement of changes to restrictions, we are taking the following steps to help keep our communities safe: - From Thursday 9 July, a...ll visitors will be required to provide ID on arrival, which shows they do not currently live in metropolitan Melbourne or the Mitchell Shire, in order to be eligible to enter any Nature Parks’ attractions. - We are contacting everyone with existing bookings to advise that people living in metropolitan Melbourne or Mitchell Shire are being offered a full refund without penalty, and we are auto-cancelling these bookings. - Effective from today, we will not be accepting any new bookings to any of our attractions until Wednesday 15 July at the earliest, at which time we will provide an update on the opening status of all Nature Parks’ attractions and applicable booking processes.
