24.01.2022 I am very pleased to announce that Sundstrom Bodywork is open for business again SA Health and SAPOL have given the OK for Myotherapists and Remedial Massage Therapists to return to work. I want to reassure all of you that Sundstrom Bodywork places the utmost importance on protecting staff, patients and the wider community from the potential spread of infection... I use Viraclean hospital grade disinfectant for the thorough cleaning of all contact surfaces and have Bactol/Sanitol alcohol gel hand sanitizer available for patients to use upon arrival (this stuff is like liquid gold at the moment, very difficult to get hold of) which is a fantastic product because it contains natural moisturizers and doesn't dry out your skin like other hand sanitizers. 05.01.2022 Now that Winter is well and truly with us, here are a couple of recommendations to help keep you well during these chilly, colder months Cold-Rid Herbal Tea For anyone suffering from cold symptoms and/or upper respiratory tract infections this Winter, I can highly recommend this product. It can also be used as a preventative which is (of course) even better than a cure!... Just reading the ingredients in this herbal tea recipe will lift your spirits! Cold-Rid combines the traditional herbs lime tree, meadowsweet, elder and rosehip (a pleasant tasting dried fruit which is naturally high in vitamin C). Medicinal Use These therapeutic grade herbal teabags are most effective if taken as hot as possible, with warm bed rest, to promote sweating. Claims are based on traditional use in western herbal medicine. Dosage Infuse one teabag with one cup of boiling water, steep and cover for ten minutes.
