24.01.2022 So many raving about our Mediterranean marinated butterfly Dorper lamb legs, shoulders and kebab's, so here it is; fresh thyme, rosemary and oregano. Raw local iron bark honey. Fennel seeds, black pepper, garlic, cumin and extra virgin olive oil. Really Yummy!
23.01.2022 Another great morning at Kawana Farmers Market where the lamb racks were the hot item followed by the delicious loin chops and mediterranean marinated dorper lamb kebabs.

The remnants of cyclone Debbie leaves us with no power still and we are not able to provide fresh Dorper lamb at the Noosa Farmers market on Sunday 2 April due disruptions to what is a complex logistical exercise between farm, meatworks and butcher. Power is key to providing our excellent product. See you all next Sunday 9 April at the famous Noosa Farmers Market and Kawana Waters Farmers Market on 8 April! 09.01.2022 They loved our slow cooked lamb shank in a red wine sauce. Just preheat the oven to 180, cover in foil and 30 minutes later....delicious!
