20.01.2022 Here at Sunny Kids, it's about making children feel safe and that they have a sense of Belonging, in a stable environment. #sunnykids #parentTV #stableenvironment

19.01.2022 The benefit of a literacy-rich environment in early childhood is endless. Reading is a springboard for other learning in our environment, as well as a learning experience in its own right. Our environment is arranged so that spaces, and the experiences that take place within them, promote children’s engagement in literacy-based experiences. Whether it is reading about animals that lead us to wonder about their habitats and characteristics or sharing a story of exploration and going on our own adventures cultivating a love of literacy is a high priority at Sunny Kids Vacancies are available contact us now to arrange a tour of our service

18.01.2022 Building Emotional Resilience in children is very important and it is something we work on at a centre level. Some great tips below.

17.01.2022 When children use their imagination in play they are developing crucial psychological and emotional capacities that help them understand the world in which they live and their relation to it; they are learning to solve problems, create new possibilities, even change the world. #sunnykidsbega #Bega #Imaginativeplay #EnrolNow

08.01.2022 Blocks help children learn to take turns and share materials, develop new friendships, become self-reliant, increase attention span, cooperate with others, and develop self-esteem. They're an amazing open ended resource and are often under-rated. They're an ever popular resource here at Sunny Kids Bega!

08.01.2022 Following on for our exciting news yesterday, I would like to introduce you to Melissa. Melissa is our new centre Director/Nominated Supervisor we are very excited to have Melissa join our team. Melissa starts with us on the 10th of August. Hi There, My name is Melissa and I am excited to be a part of the Sunny Kids Team. I have an extensive background in Early Childhood Education and Care, starting from when I completed my Certificate 3 in Children’s Services in 2005 and... through to completing my Diploma of Children’s Services in 2012. I have also completed a Diploma of Community Services. I have worked as an Educator, Room Leader, Assistant Director, and Director. From a young age, I have had a passion for interacting with children throughout their life and education development. I believe that children are confident and involved learners and their interests should be fostered and developed. Building respectful, trusting relationships with the children and families is the key to enhancing the children’s educational journey. Regards, Melissa
