22.01.2022 Good news from our Secretary Hi All Following the State Governments easing of covid-19 related restrictions BV have released revised guidelines on playing bowls. I have posted the details on the doors to the Clubhouse but we will be able to organise social bowls on Wednesday and Saturday, starting this Wednesday June 3rd.... Some restrictions will apply - maximum of 20 people per green and 4 per rink (means a limit of 40 entries for social bowls) and no spectators. But we will be able to use the clubrooms for a coffee with a maximum of 20 people in the room at any one time. Regards John B

20.01.2022 Congratulations to Rex Bergen on winning the Sunnyside Men’s singles for 2020. Rex defeated Runner Up Rob Mewbern in the final. Rex will go on to compete in the Wimmera Bowls Ass Champion of Champions next year

17.01.2022 Unfortunately after 2 games of Social bowls with self distancing and wearing masks we are back into lockdown for the next 6 weeks. During this time the greens will be open for practice with no more than 2 bowlers to a rink and wearing of masks compulsory. The clubrooms will be locked. Stay safe everyone.

05.01.2022 Opening Day. The weather was a bit cool but didn’t stop an excellent turn up and a great day. Two of our Life Members, Jan Pearson and Ray Pummeroy started the season off by rolling the first kitty and first bowl. Winners on the day were Terry Miller, Stan Walter and Kevin Savage.
