Justine is a clinical psychologist with a strong interest in attachment and how it can shape our relationships, how we see others and ourselves. Her area of special interest over the past five years in private practice has been working with long-term effects of trauma and recovery from trauma. For the past four years she been working in a mental health inpatient setting with veterans and... currently serving defence force members. She has a strong interest in working with adolescents, adults, couples and families. In her work, she combines evidence-based treatments with a compassionate approach to help people struggling with a range of difficulties. 08.01.2022 When I lived in Japan, the cherry blossom tree bloomed for two weeks out the front of my house. It was gorgeous and always made me stop and connect with the now even in the busyness of Tokyo mornings. Even though it’s fake, I love this tree In my office. It reminds me of fun times and helps me connect with the now. Taking time out is important. What helps connect you to your day?
