23.01.2022 So I went under the knife today to fix some old injuries that I’ve had which has held me back so I’m closed till the 7th of March where hopefully ill be back to give you all the push you need to get back on track!

21.01.2022 Why am I not losing weight?? Today I measured a client who didn't get the results we were looking for. This client trains 3-4 days a week with me and puts in as much effort as he can so what could have caused his results to be not so good?? As personal trainers we can give you the exercise tools and nutrition suggestions to help support you on your weightloss journey but if you are not willing to change your eating habits or implement small changes in your lifestyle then you ...may not get the results you are wanting. They say the formula to lose weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise but for me that's a little closer to 70%/30%. Everyone is different so one lifestyle may not work for someone else it's about finding that balance that works for you. This article is a great read and helps you understand what may or may not work for you and how diet and exercise work together to lose body fat. So make little changes, research foods and nutrition, stay active and more importantly never give up!!! Because you can do it!!! See more

18.01.2022 So by now I have spoken to most of you about what is happening with me next week but I just want to put this up for everyone I have missed. Next Friday I am going into surgery to have some old injuries fixed in my feet so I will be closed from the 23rd of February till at least the 7th of March if all goes well I have rearranged majority of everyone’s sessions as you can see below my assistant was working hard yesterday to do that but if I have missed you then please let me know! I’m sorry for any inconvenience this will cause you I’m hoping my time away won’t affect your goal too much!

17.01.2022 1st day back and even though I’m still pretty sore it felt good to be back to semi normal! Thank you to the clients I had this morning for being patient with me hopefully I won’t be stuck like this for to much longer

14.01.2022 So my little assistant today decided to show us a new way of using the trx straps! I definitely do not recommend adults try this at a gym or at home but my goodness does she have some strength

13.01.2022 ATTENTION CURRENT CLIENTS!! Today I have started a little competition with you all. I have designed a leg circuit that you all will do either today or tomorrow and in 4 weeks time when it is time to do it again whoever gets the most rounds will win a prize! The prize will be you getting a chance to be a personal trainer for a day and putting me through a session! You can choose anything for me to do (within reason) and will give you a chance to extract some revenge on me So I’m looking forward to seeing everyone improve and I’m also a little scared of what I’ll be made to do but bring it on!!

11.01.2022 Today for my group Pt session we have this agility course that won’t just rest their strength and endurance but will also test their mind to! It may look easy and innocent now but when they finish they won’t feel that way if you want to train with your friends in private then book in today

11.01.2022 Hi guys! there is now a cancellation and no show policy. Please read the pinned post and like that post so I know everyone has read and understood it. I’m really sorry to do that but it has become more regular now and it is not fair not just to me but to you all as well as I know there are times that you want to train but can’t because someone else has that time. Also if you are late to your session then you only get to train in the time you have left for example if you have booked in for half n hour and you show up 10 mins late then you will have 20mins left of your training time. Sorry again. I hope everyone has had a great day and I’ll see you all soon!

09.01.2022 client appreciation post!!! So the last 2-3 weeks I have been doing everyone’s 4 week measurements and I have to say I’m so amazed and excited by everyone’s progress!! Especially by the 2 girls I measured today one of them lost a total of 43cm off her whole body in just 4 weeks and lost 5kg!! And this legend below has lost a total of 35cm off her whole body and has lost kgs to! It just goes to show what you can do when you put your mind to it and back yourself!! Well done legends! I’m so proud of you all!!!

07.01.2022 PRICES!!! I am introducing weekly packages!! See below for prices otherwise it's $25 for half n hour and $50 an hour. Also if you would like an extra person to join your session it will be an extra $10 CANCELATION AND NO SHOW POLICY! I know sometimes things happen and you might not be able to make it to a session and that’s fine but I require as close to 2 hours notice if you need to cancel and it’s less than half n hrs notice Then there will be a $10 cancellation... fee. As for not showing up without letting me know you will now be charged for that session at full price. If I’m the one who has to cancel then you don’t pay anything for that session. See more

01.01.2022 Hi guys So i have had to make a very hard decision to close sunraysia fitness down for a while. For the last few months i have had to juggle my job, my family and my business and i have gotten to a point that i admit that i cant do it all and something has to go on hold. I love personal training and love helping everyone achieve their goals but i cant give you the 100% attention you and this business needs and deserves at this time. Its very hard to admit failure and im sad t...o do this but i know i will be better for it. To all current clients i just want to say a huge thank you to all of you! You all have stuck with me and have had some amazing results. I have learnt so much from you all and have loved getting to know you. 01.01.2022 Healthy. That’s the word we all want to be but what does it actually mean? Are we all meant to be a certain size to be healthy? Are we meant to only eat and act in a certain way? People seem to focus on the physical looks of healthy that we sometimes forget mental health to. Since being confined to a wheelchair I have had to figure out how to handle what I can and can’t do and the feelings of uselessness and depression that comes with it. The lack of training is taking its ...toll not only on my physical health but on my mental health to. Training was my way of giving myself me time and as a working mum having me time is near impossible to have. I’m always used to doing everything myself whether it be running this amazing business or organising my children for school and activities and keeping on top of housework and helping friends with various tasks or problems, but I can’t do those things now without help and I’m having to learn it’s ok to ask for help sometimes. I’m writing this to show everyone that it’s ok not to cope sometimes and that mental health is important to being healthy because if you aren’t in the right state of mind then you will feel like it’s near impossible to reach your fitness goal. And looking your best and feeling confident and happy is what healthy is all about See more
