23.01.2022 Banana Bread is super easy to make at home and much healthier than store-bought versions! We used NuPlus Pina Banana to make a delicious and nutritious banana bread Ingredients: - 2 sachets NuPlus Pina Banana - 3 medium or large ripe bananas, mashed... - 50g melted butter or coconut oil - 240g wholemeal or plain self raising flour - 1/2 tsp salt - 1 tsp cinnamon - 1 tsp vanilla extracts - 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey - Handful of walnuts (optional) Method: 1. Mix all ingredients together till it forms a smooth batter. 2. Bake in a bread pan at 180 degrees for approx. 40 minutes. 3. Slice and enjoy. We recommend drizzing some VitaFruit on top!

20.01.2022 Douhua is a silky and smooth Chinese dessert usually served with a sweet sugar syrup. We have made this easy and delicious recipe using Sunrider Vitafruit in place of the syrup. Vitafruit is a great source of vitamins A & C as well as powerful antioxidants known to neutralise free radcials. It also contains bioflavonoids, carotenoids, amino acids and a host of other nutrients Ingredients:... - 750mL organic soy milk - 1 tbsp gelatin or agar agar (for vegan option) - 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional) - 1 tsp crushed ginger (optional) Method: 1. Warm up soy milk in a pot over medium heat. Turn off the heat once it starts to boil. 2. Mix in the gelatin or agar agar until dissolved. Let mixture cool. 3. Place in fridge overnight to set. 15.01.2022 This warm NuPlus Apple Cinnamon crumble is an easy and nutritious way to increase your fruit intake, use up leftover apples or simply fulfil your sweet tooth for dessert. Ingredients: - 2 sachets NuPlus Apple Cinnamon - 3 large apples (use Granny Smith for a more tangy flavour, or a red apple like Fuji for a sweeter crumble)... - 1/4 tsp cinammon powder - 3 tbsp maple syrup - 50g rolled oats - 45g butter (or coconut oil for vegan alternative) Method: 1. Pre-heat your oven to 180 Degrees (celcius). Core and dice apples. 2. Melt your butter and mix in with diced apples. Add your cinnamon powder, 1 sachet of NuPlus and maple syrup. 3. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Put in the apple mix, then sprinkle the rolled oats on top and spread evenly. 4. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the top is golden and crunchy. 05.01.2022 SunFit Protein Plus Cinnamon Rolls Our Protein Plus is a great additon to smoothies, topping and also great in baked recipes for protein boost Try out this low-fat cinnamon roll recipe for an afternoon treat, which uses SunFit Protein Plus in the filling and Sunrider VitaFruit as the glaze.... Ingredients: 40g SunFit Protein Plus Vanilla 180g plain or gluten-free flour, plus extra for dusting 1 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp vanilla essence 1 egg or egg substitute 2 tbsp applesauce 4 tsp honey Filling: 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon Glaze (optional): 2 vials Sunrider VitaFruit 1/2 tbsp light cream cheese Method: 1. Preheat an oven to 180 degress. Mix and knead all dough ingredients, adding more flour as need to prevent stickiness. 2. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until a flat rectangle shape. 3. Place the pieces flat on a baking tray and bake for approx. 15-20 mins until cooked through. 6. Mix the glaze ingredients and lightly drizzle over the finished rolls once cooled down.

01.01.2022 Catching up with Binnie Tan, Julia Prasada and new Ibo Fabriana Reis in the Sydney office after the first ever Sunrider Virtual Convention.
