16.01.2022 Leche Flan is one of my favorite Filipino Dessert. It is easy to prepare and undeniably yum. It is basically made up of eggs, milk and sugar which are mixed together and steamed to cook. But, what if you don't have a steamer at hand? Not a problem, because what I do, I use water bath. I cook my Leche Flan in the oven and it works just fine and super yummy! 15.01.2022 Aside from cooking & baking, singing, music, fashion, flowers and coffee I love pot gardening- propagating my own baby plants. This time, I have for you my Golden Pothos/ Devil's Ivy. It seems to be a very ordinary plant but it is an amazing indoor plant and people here in Australia loves it! It just takes one mother plant and tadaaaa!!!. This kind of plant can be propagated by stem cuttings. Just cut it below the 2nd node from the top of the stem, put it in a glass jar w...ith water like how it's shown on the photos below. Few days after, it will definitely grow roots and they are ready to be planted in your choice of pots with potting mix, mulch or organic soil. It is a very good indoor plant because of its beautiful green foliage with yellowish stripes on the leaves and it is good in cleaning the air from toxic and pollutants. It is best to be positioned inside the house or patio where there is filtered light and no direct sunlight. It is easy maintenance.
