09.01.2022 The children at Sunrise Kids Acacia Ridge have been engaging in a range of experiences that encourage their learning of pre-numeracy skills. Pre-Kindy and Kindergarten children have been having fun matching, sorting, counting and creating patterns using the resources available to help increase these skills and introduce them to mathematical concepts. They have also been recognising and celebrating their own successes in a positive way with their Educators and peers.

01.01.2022 We thought we would share some photo's of the children's artwork during Naidoc Week. The children at Sunrise Kids were very proud of their creativity and loved putting their ideas to paper after listening to many cultural stories throughout this celebrated week. The children made their own interpretations of a rainbow serpent as well as engaged in some Aboriginal dot painting where they learnt the significance of the Aboriginal colours.
