This time we're in Sydney's Cheap Eats 2019 for our Chicken Danbauk: 'Sun's enormous menu will make choosing just one dish tricky but the one-plate wonder of chicken danbauk is Burma's colourful answer to the Indian biryani, and a good representation of the excellent value and high quality found at this sweet family-run restaurant.' And to everyone over the years who have continued to support us, a big thank you!

21.01.2022 Dear Customers, In light of recent events we are still open! It will be tough times ahead adapting to the ever-changing situation, but if you're craving Burmese food we are still here. Firstly we are now strictly take-away only, so please pre-order ahead by calling us on (02) 9676 2837 (contactless payment is available on premise regardless of minimum order). And if you miss the taste of Myanmar Beer, limited quantities will be available to take home as well.... If you prefer ordering delivery or picking up via UberEats the pricing will be higher as the service fees are still rough on us, but we're working on a medium in the next week/alternatives. Also due to the current situation our trading hours will be changing as we cannot afford to keep the restaurant open for our usual hours. Due to the spacing of our restaurant, this will be around 20 people in the restaurant at a time, in line with the government restrictions regarding Covid-19. In addition, as outlined by the government, a maximum of 10 people per reservation/table will be allowed. No more than 20 patrons during dine-in to ensure safe social distancing. Please book in-advanced as we cannot guarantee there will be room available at any given time....
