Tile roof are a classic for leaks especially on a low pitch, so we got around this issue by installing some new metal battens, metal roof sheets and flashings. Our client was super thankful. 16.01.2022 BOONDAL RE-ROOF We added timbers and metal battens to allow a ridge capping to be installed in replace of the old single rolled over corrugated roof sheets. Trim deck profile and clip lock for the lower front entry roof along with manor red flashings to suit the existing fascia colours.

15.01.2022 Cleaning these solar hot water collector panels to enhance the performance and reduce energy use. We also applied an anti mould treatment to help prevent mould growth.

11.01.2022 An amazing gutter clean and down pipe flush at a Redcliffe rental property. We always take before, progress and completion photos for our clients.

08.01.2022 S H I P S G A B L E Fascia & Gutter replaced on the back end of this big home in Sandstone Point. Color Bond Jasper. It was a tricky task working around the soffits and roof tiles as the fascia and gutter usually goes on first but we got it done. Our lovely client were super appreciative of the outcome, now they will get the painter in for some touch ups.
