This weekend went way beyond any expectation I had and everything flowed exactly the way it was suppose too. .... Our vision to create a Womens community came to life. All of us together for the weekend loving and supporting each other in our vulnerability and authenticity. . So many different diverse women yet still all the same underneath. 20.01.2022 I've decided to stop going to regular Yoga classes. . I can't keep up the momentum nor should I feel the need too. . I'm taking it all back home to practice what I already know and love.... . My teachings and practice will be slow, soft sometimes strong, creating an adapting what I need on the day. . 03.01.2022 DEEP HOUSE YOGA Our first insite to the amazing lifestyle program we have install is the wonderful Marie & Burnsey returning again due to popular demand. Marie ...from Sunset Yoga has been teaching Yoga and Meditation Since 2017, six months after her first Yoga teacher training in India. Marie created a outdoor Yoga class at Sunset at a popular Perth foreshore. The idea to make Yoga most accessible and affordable to beginners in a beautiful location during summer at Sunset became very popular. She has since lived in Byron Yoga Centre where she completed more training and though yoga at the very well known retreats at Byron yoga centre, she has ran women's circles, collaborated with breathwork facilitators, sacred didgeridoo and deep house yoga with her husband (and DJ) Burnsey Maries mission is to help people and to create a community so we can all help in the healing of each other's past trauma, to show you how to believe in yourself and overcome all the limiting beliefs you have by learning from each other. Marie works privately with people wanting to gain confidence, struggling with mental health and disabilities, created programs for 6 week courses and prenatal yoga. "Life is beautiful when you just stop getting in your own way and make a commitment to be a better person, and we can do that together as a community, as a team." Marie's passion and experience coupled with Burnsey's deep and beautiful house music, is sure to be a highlight for Wildflower.
