25.01.2022 Hi everyone I've had conformation that suncare is to take over Sun 60s premises on the 1st July. I have a meeting on 26th June with Jane Goodwin from council and Suncare, so watch this space. I WILL KEEP YOU INFORMED.

17.01.2022 Sunshine 60 & Better Group Inc is closing the Sunshine Connections Charity Shop at 278 Nicklin Way Warana in the next 2 weeks. Various items of furniture available eg.- chest of drawers, display cabinets, wooden cabinets, etc. Lots of clothes - fill a bag of clothes for $4.00. Assortment of records. Lots of Bric a brac at throw away prices. Everything must be gone no later than 14th December 2019. Opened from 9am to 3pm Monday, wednesday and Thursday and Saturday from 9am to 1pm. Lots of different furniture eg: chest of drawers, display cabinets,... coffee tables, and lots lots more. See pictures. Located at 278 Nicklin Way Warana next to Costume Shop. 16.01.2022 Had a wonderful few hours with these people. Sun 60 Xmas party at Buddina everybody had a great time. Thanks to Joy, Graham, Julie, Kelly and Kurchla ( sorry if I spelt your name wrong Kurchla ), they all did such a wonderful job, as always. MERRY XMAS TO ALL.

15.01.2022 Well dear members only 3 more sleeps until our activities start back. Look forward to seeing you all ready to start afresh. On a sadder note we have lost one of our bellydance ladies Denise McLeery. Denise served on our Management Committee last year she will be sadly missed by those that knew her. 04.01.2022 I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our valued volunteers for their hard work in helping to get things ready for our Sunshine 60 & Better Group Inc. Christmas Luncheon yesterday 5th December 2019 at 50 Iluka Avenue Buddina Qld. On Monday the original caterers pulled out because we didn't have their minimum numbers for catering the luncheon. An alternative menu was organised so that members, staff and partners could still enjoy this special event. Thank you ...Graeme, Kelly, Julie, Cushla and Heather for everything that you did to make this a memorable event. I would also like to thank our President - Sharon MacDonald - from the bottom of my heart for your dedication to Sunshine 60. Without all of your diligence this organisation would not be still operating. So thank you once again. Thank you also Beth Seller for providing the sing along yesterday. Well done everyone. Our very best wishes go out to all for a safe and happy Christmas and New Year and we look forward to seeing you again in 2020. See more

02.01.2022 Well it has been a while since I've posted. So much going in my personal life, but that's no excuse. We are trying to rent out our spare office at Buddina so if you know of anyone who needs to rent a space please contact the Buddina office. This space includes phone system and unlimited internet.
