21.01.2022 Conditions are improving after the recent rain to the point we have extracted our first lot of honey for 2020 things are looking good for the coming months We are looking forward to restocking our roadside stalls by this weekend

20.01.2022 Due to dry conditions we are currently out of Honey. At this stage we are uncertain to when we will be extracting again? We currently have all our hives on Red River Gum it is flowering well this year considering the dry conditions but is producing next to no nectar or pollen Once conditions improve we will back in stock as soon as we can. ... Until then We thank you for your understanding and support

07.01.2022 I was out checking on a couple of hives just yesterday, and got more then I bargain for (( Ticks )) they were everywhere and fast little things

04.01.2022 Well still not much change on supply of honey we have been more focus on keeping the bees alive, we have just come off the Red River Gum this produced enough to keep the hives going for a few months, we have moved on to some Rough Bark Apple which is looking promising with some recent rain fall in the area, it is getting close to flowering so time will tell ?
