You don't have to re-write the exercise book and you don't have to exercise until you feel sick. But you do have to do something! Getting started is the hardest bit but you always feel great afterwards!

01.01.2022 The hardest decision to make in the exercise/get fit process is the initial decision to START doing something! I see so many people contact me months before and only to start up training months down the track and all the time during they had done nothing. Sometimes its best not to think too much about it and just do it! You'll be amazed at how addicted you can become to exercise when you see results and feel better! Addicted that much sometimes that people need to take a step back.
