17.01.2022 Since this week is my last week in the clinic until January 4th, it’s a good time to talk about self massage. So when your therapist is not around, what can you do? Make some self massage tools! They’re not hard to make, and sure you can buy them, but I do find they can be overpriced. So for a couple of $ and a little bit of time you’ll have your own ones. Make a peanut, make a golf ball pyramid, slide a trigger point ball into an old sock and use that foam roller. ... Your body will thank you for it....after the initial shock
