24.01.2022 Imagine if we saw ourselves the way those who love us most do What would it feel like if we loved and supported ourselves the same way we do our besties? What if we saw all our sparkly, light filled bits and chose to focus on them? ... What if we always assumed the absolute best? How would that change things for you? When I think in this way it instantly allows any doubt I may have to move to the background. When I have those crazy and normal thoughts that come from starting something new or putting yourself out into the world, challenging your comfort zone and doing hard things. Thoughts like: What if what I share isn’t helpful? What if people think it’s annoying? What if no one even cares? How do I have anything important to say? Then I stop, take a breath and choose to assume the absolute BEST! Choose to see myself how I see my very favourite people and I become my own cheerleader and it all feels a whole lot easier! Still scary but in a way that also feels totally liberating! This is me, all of me.... doing what I makes me feel most alive... DANCING x

18.01.2022 Do you sit for a lot of your day? And find you end up with an ache through your lower back? These poses are for YOU I find they are great when you gently move whilst in them. Breathe and move, a little deeper or a little less and find your sweet spot. This allows freedom through your lower back. Your hamstrings are also a great contributor to lower back pain or tension so stretching them out will really help as well. There are many more variations that I will include in the coming days. I have also included a video of my all time favourite lower back stretch let me know if you like it as much as I do (Letty included herself in this one ) x

18.01.2022 Don’t feel like you have time to meditate? This is for you.... Shower Meditation Every time you have a shower take the time to visualise the water washing away any of the stress and anxiety you might feel from your body. As the water hits your skin notice how it feels and then let the water wash it all away. Any heavy or negative feelings you have been holding onto that do not serve you let them all go right there in that moment as the water washes over you. Take as long as you need until you feel the lightness return to your body, the calmness return to your mind and the openness return to your heart. Resetting yourself, leaving you ready to start fresh each time you leave the shower x



14.01.2022 Yoga for RUNNERS Do you want to reduce your chance of injury? Core, quads, hamstrings and hip flexors: all key when running and incredibly important to stretch and strengthen also. I have included a sequence of 8 poses to help you do just that. Great to be done after your run when your body is warm, this will also aid in your recovery (my besties are all runners and they roped me in for a fun run a few years ago so I have included that pic for a giggle too ) x

08.01.2022 After work out brain stretch One of the many incredible benefits of physical activity is increased neuroplasticity. In other words your brain is ready for its work out right after you finish your physical one. The reason why savasana comes at the end of a yoga practice and why it is almost always so much easier to find that still place at the end of a class rather than at the beginning. This is your prime meditation time!! When you finish a work out this week take that extra 5 minutes to sit in stillness and really utilize this prime time! It’s magic, I promise x

08.01.2022 Mindfulness with kids Something you can do for yourself and a great thing to do with your children. We do it anywhere at anytime throughout the day. Stop, hands on your heart and ask 3 questions. 1. What can you see? 2. What can you hear?... 3. How do you feel? Simple and so impactful for us all x

07.01.2022 This is baby me! I’ve been a BIG cheesy smiler since day one I think and it has really taught me that when you smile, really smile everything inside of you changes. Your cells relax, tension releases, and you send a giant message of love to your body!! Could you smile more today? Just because? And then notice how different it might make you feel. Could you take it a step further and seek out things you know make you smile? Getting outside, feeling the sunshine, laughing with your kids whatever it might be. Find ways today to up your smile count and I am going to do the same! Happy Thursday beautiful x

02.01.2022 Intentions ~ This idea for me came from looking for ways to ease the overwhelming feeling that can come from wanting to do it all and all in one day. Wearing all the hats and feeling like you may not be doing anything as amazingly as you hoped. It’s funny how things can come out so clear when you journal (a whole other post on that to come). The idea of setting one clear intention each day as I have my morning coffee. And by intention I mean a one word uncomplicated intenti...on. For me some of them are: LOVE DAY - a day just for love, loving on all the ppl close to me, making the most loving decisions, choosing the most loving response and as many more extra loving things you can think of. SLOW DAY - not rushing to do anything or be anywhere. Doing things slowly and thoroughly, being as mindful as possible and really taking it as slow as possible. POWER DAY - the day to get it done, to power through, feel your energy and take it all on. REST DAY - just that, rest, recharge, relax and just be. And feeling deeply satisfied, accomplished and fulfilled at the end of each day when I have this one single focus. I hope this helps you as much as it did me. Sending lots of love x See more
