23.01.2022 Hello all my Sunshine Gals, Through the end of this month and into August there will be a few changes that I wanted to update you on. ONLINE BOOKING- Online Booking is now up and running- I know I have taken my time with it but better late then never right! ... The link is on the top of my page if you click ‘BOOK NOW’! I will still be posting all my available times and specials each week as per usual DEPOSITS- in the next few weeks I will be now taking deposits for every booking. I have always been extremely lenient with rescheduling and appointments being cancelled although I have been getting an increasingly high amount of no shows and last minute cancellations and believe this is the next step to ensure commitment. CANCELLATIONS- I require 24 hours MINIMUM for cancellations or appointments needing to be rescheduled. There will be a 50% cancellation fee for appointment cancellations with less then 24 hours notice or if you did not show up to your appointment. PRICE INCREASE- It has been a long time since any of my prices have increased. Next month I will be getting new price lists in and there will be a slight increase to my brow prices. The next couple of months will be BIG! I have a few surprises including NEW branding and NEW services up my sleeve to be announced! I can not wait to share with you all my Sunshine Babes!

14.01.2022 Hello my Sunshine gals I thought I would do another post on cancellations as I have still been getting quite a lot of no shows and cancellations within 24 hours of appointments. With my new system you now get an email reminder, as well as a text message reminder to confirm 24 hours before your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel you can reschedule or cancel straight away through the link in the reminders or you can contact me directly to change. I know that la...st minute emergencies do happen and I will try to be as understanding as I can given the situation. I am a small business and rely on every client that comes through. If you miss your appointment or cancel last minute I lose money on an appointment time that I could have filled with someone else. There is a 50% cancellation fee with less then 24 hours notice, as much as I dislike charging you all- I will be starting to knuckle down on my policy. Please expect for deposits to be taken as of next month. Thanks gorgeous girls and I hope you understand xx
