24.01.2022 We are all counting down the days until we can go camping again. Here is the latest update from the Queensland Premier and her ministers on travel restrictions and when they will be next lifted.

15.01.2022 The COVID-19 cluster in the Northern Beaches of Sydney, New South Wales, has now increased to 17 positive cases. As a result: Anyone who was in the Sydney No...rthern Beaches region on or since Friday 11 December 2020 and is already in Queensland should get tested and quarantine in their home or accommodation for 14 days from the date they left the Northern Beaches. Anyone who was in the Sydney Northern Beaches region on or since Friday 11 December 2020 and arrives in Queensland on a flight from Sydney after midnight tonight (Thursday 17 December 2020), must get tested and quarantine in their home or accommodation for 14 days from the date they left the Northern Beaches. Anyone who was in the Sydney Northern Beaches region on or since Friday 11 December 2020 and arrives in Queensland on a flight from Sydney after 1am Saturday 19 December 2020 must go into hotel quarantine at their own expense for 14 days from the date they left the Northern Beaches, and get tested. This includes both interstate visitors and Queensland residents returning home. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and will provide an update tomorrow morning.

11.01.2022 Sorry, no camping just yet; but not long to wait. It’s now time to start planning that campervanning or motorhoming trip within 250 kms of your home. Updates on planned reopening of campervanning in Queensland will be posted here as information is released by the Qld government.

07.01.2022 Only weeks to go before the end of the year, and it maybe getting busier than ever? Trust you will get everything done...

05.01.2022 We have been extremely lucky in Queensland over the past few months. Border closures and other measures brought in by the Queensland government have been extremely successful in keeping so many Queenslanders safe from Covid 19. The tourism industry, however has been hit really hard and our business along with it. With interstate tourism at virtually a standstill for the last few months, Queenslanders have turned to touring this beautiful and vast state and enjoyed a renewed ...focus on camping and touring the state's many attractions via campervan or motorhome. This trend has been a godsend for so many small businesses, including ours, as locals spend some money locally, helping to keep many small businesses from going under. We really appreciate the support of Queenslanders and particularly Sunshine Coasters who have supported our business so well over the past few months. With tourists now coming from South Australia and hopefully, soon after the Qld Elections, an influx of tourist from other Australian states and ? New Zealand, we are entering a new phase of Covid economic recovery. With this comes a need for us all to focus more on the protective actions we all should be taking to keep ourselves and our visitors safe. Although we have continued with extra vehicle and office disinfection measures and use of sanitiser etc, we are as guilty as others in not always strictly applying the social distancing guidelines. As we progressively open up our borders to other states and welcome back customers from down south and over the ditch, we here are renewing our efforts to always apply good practice in our Covid-19 safety actions. You will see a few changes in our offices and changes in our routines, to ensure that you, our valued customers can always feel safe when visiting our premises and/or hiring our vehicles. Below, Professor Alison McMillan shares some strategies to help keep us safe from Covid.

05.01.2022 Great News. Coming from Greater Sydney and hoping to holiday on the Sunshine Coast. Its been a long time, but things are looking good for the border re-opening on December 1st. Welcome back.
