23.01.2022 Super quick run from Carl Read to set a new Ultraman Australia run course record, and take the overall title for the second year in succession.
22.01.2022 Well done to Coast athlete Meg Radcliffe (pictured) on her age group victory at Ironman Australia yesterday. It was Meg's first Ironman and she got the job done in 3:00:19 (1:04:51, 7:01:04, 4:45:23). Cracking effort. Also well done to Joshy Minogue on his third age group placing in the 70.3, and fourth overall with a blistering effort of 4:20:52 (24:00, 2:28:42, 1:25:08). Let us know about any other great results.

20.01.2022 Brilliant job from the Coast's Damon Faint, he hoped to get the double marathon at Ultraman Australia done with a couple hours of daylight to spare. Outstanding.

13.01.2022 Congrats to Dicky Beach's Margo Mackintosh on her victory in the 35-39 category of the Sprint Distance Duathlon at the ITU World Multisport Championships in Pontevedra, Spain, last month. After battling injury for 12 weeks, she was mid-field at the start and then used her strength on the bike to ride away from the group over 20km during draft-legal racing, and then claimed the win with a solid 5km run.
12.01.2022 Great stuff Alex.
12.01.2022 Cracking job Casey!
08.01.2022 Best of luck to all the Coast athletes having a crack today!

07.01.2022 Last year’s Ultraman Australia winner Carl Read looks set to go back-to-back tomorrow taking a lead of more than one hour into tomorrow’s double marathon. After a spectacular swim yesterday, our own Damon Faint is in seventh...but is only 30 minutes away from second place which shows how close the field is at the pointy end of the field.
07.01.2022 Wurtulla's Dave Schloss going great guns at GODZone Adventure race, while Lucy Coldwell's team is currently in the lead of the Prime event. Still a long way to go. https://www.sunshinecoastdaily.com.au//coast-adve/3669790/

04.01.2022 Tour of Thailand 2019 - Stage 3 - Ryan Cav Wins! Kevin Berwick described Stage 3 as a brutal day, especially with the heat, humidity, distance and 4,000m of cli...mbing. On paper as tough as some of the Tour de France climbing stages. Ryan Cavanagh wins Stage 3 with a solo break! 'Yeah it was a long day. Slipped into the early break with team mate Tom Hubbard. It worked quite well before the climb then set my own tempo. The bunch hesitated too much and never closed the gap. I just rode a tempo I knew I could sustain. Wrapped with the win.' Ryan Thomas - 5th Place '5th Place, super super hard day! The hardest most dangerous stage I have ever done and many saying the same. Super happy to finish 5th! Very impressive ride from Ryan Cav. A massive congrats to him and St George who rode a great race.' Seb Berwick - 10th Place (TBC) 'Think I did pretty well, was the hardest day on the bike ever. With tones of climbing and 35 degrees makes it proper grim. Think I got 10th, Ryan is an absolute animal. Dark places were visited!' Seb Berwick 10th or 11th, still trying to confirm. That's a massive effort from our Queensland riders and of course we are all absolutely stoked back here in God's country! Almost at the same time I got the news Cav had won, Ryno 5th and Seb 10th, our U19 girls won Gold at the AMV!
02.01.2022 1st place to @taj__jones in day 5 today @tourofamericasdairyland! In what can only be described as horrendous conditions with torrential rain and lightning in t...he final laps, it was a superb display from Taj to take out the stage. @matt_ricey finished in 4th and @zack_gilmore in 5th #tourofamericasdairyland #livelearnride #usacycling #usacrits See more
