Once I have confirmed we can fill your order you can pick up from Mooloolaba Friday 17th April 2pm onwards Here some handy tips. To break up the prawns simply drop the box on a hard surface to break them up so you can take out the desired amount. Prawns are always at their best when thawed out the night before consuming. To keep that locked-in delicious sea taste when thawing your frozen prawns (both cooked & green) it is recommended to swim the product in a light brine (salty iced water). Add sea salt to a tub of icy water, taste it, and when you think it tastes like the sea toss in your frozen prawns to thaw. If you have any tips feel free to share with everyone.

Some companies are selling their seafood at a lower price point as they are selling old stock from March. We hope you understand the reason our prices are higher because they are in line with the current market price due to supply and demand at this time of year.

17.01.2022 Hello seafood lovers. I have had a lot of inquires about orders leading up to Christmas. At this stage we only have we only have Raw whole large 10/15 Banana prawns $80 for 5kg box Probably won't have any other seafood in stock until the end of the month. I can't take orders until I know what stock we have. The boats have just gone to work as the waters have been closed only just reopened on the 1st November. I will be posting stock and prices here the minute we get stock in. So stay tuned and watch this space. You will be the first to know.

03.01.2022 As of 20th June. We have sold out of large green headless and green and cooked Moreton Bay bugs. In stock we have 5 boxes of u10 large whole green king prawns $110, still lots of medium whole cooked and raw headless kings $80, cooked Balmain bugs $20kg and cooked sand crabs $12kg.
