20.01.2022 What a great first day we have had with the final class 1.40m wrapping up at 7.30pm. The beautiful ground on our grass oval saw over 370 rounds jumped throughout the day today and is still perfect for Day 2 tomorrow. We will be kicking off at 8am - see you all bright and early!

10.01.2022 With only 5 days to go we are preparing for what is going to be a very busy two days of show jumping! We can’t wait! But a few housekeeping matters need to be advised in regards to our COVID safe return to sport requirements. Firstly everyone needs to be noted on an attendance register. A copy is attached, please either complete it or write out your own and hand in at noms. You can’t nominate until we have it so please help us avoid a backlog of people queuing at the noms desk and do it first! Secondly we encourage everyone to download the COVID safe app. Thirdly, please ensure you all respect the COVID requirements for social distancing, hygiene etc and make yourselves familiar with the guidelines found on EQ site. 07.01.2022 Sunshine Coast Showjumping Club is returning on the 18th and 19th of July. We will have two rings running. Ring 1 on the grass oval will cater for horses from 80cm to 1.30m ring two will cater for horses from 50cm to 90cm. All heights are $10 per round payable on the day. Covid restrictions etc will apply so please message or call Sue Raymont on 0400 104 099 to let us know you intend to attend and with how many people. If you are able to day trip please do so. Stable and camping bookings can also be made with Sue Raymont. Stables $25 per night. Camping $20 per night. More details will be posted over the next week so keep an eye out. Please book stables and camping ASAP if you require them as they are going to fill fast.

06.01.2022 It is with heavy hearts we acknowledge the passing of our beloved friend Alain Henderson. Hendy has been a fixture at our events for as long as many of us will ever remember. He was the voice behind so many humorous and memorable moments. His love of telling a yarn was second to none, and he’d keep us all guessing to the punch line whether it was fair dinkum. A true gentleman, he was never less than immaculately presented. His passion and dedication to the riders and the sp...ort shone through every time he picked up the mic. He lived for what he loved doing. He will be so dearly missed. Anyone who wishes to share their fondest memories, please feel free.
