25.01.2022 Muaythai fitness classes. 5am every Tuesday and Thursday mornings. And then at 9am every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings. These classes are suited to everyone and are a lot of fun. No need to book just arrive 15 mins early, bring gloves, towel and drink bottle.

10.01.2022 Current Timetable & Pricing. Booking for classes is not necessary, unless you are a first time visitor to our gym. Due to the size of the gym & the 4m social distancing rules, there will be no spectators allowed in classes, with the exception of our Mini & Teens Muaythai classes. ... As these classes have smaller numbers, parents will be allowed to come & watch their child. (However Parents must adhere to the social distancing while in the gym and must sanitise upon entry & leaving the gym. They must also sign a Covid safe registry each time they come into the gym.) And above all if sick, please do not come into the gym. We look forward to seeing you!
