Congratulations to Ph.D. student Minh Nhut Tran for the acceptance of his paper "Characterization of G-protein coupled receptors from the blackback land crab Gecarcinus lateralis Y organ transcriptome over the molt cycle" to BMC Genomics.

Ranging from kingfish genetics, through prawn immunity, crayfish reproduction and lobster sex determination to crown of thorns sensory systems. 21.01.2022 Congratulations to Meaghan Smith for winning the prize for best talk at the 8th Asia and Oceania Society for Comparative Endocrinology Intercongress (AOSCE)! Also congratulations to Coung Le for winning the best poster presentation at the Genetics in Aquaculture Conference. Well done! Fantastic achievement for Meagahn and Coung and for Genecology to foster such good work.

Congratulations for Tomer Ventura, Peter Brooks, Tianfang Wang, Min Zhao, Alison Shapcott, Shahla Hosseini Bai, Scott Cummins, Abigail Elizur, Emily Ramus and Jennie Chandler. It is a strong indication of the contribution of Genecology to research at the faculty.
